Distributor Administration

Gleans are executed by distributors. Each distributor has members, some of whom will be designated as "leaders" or "administrators". Administrators can update roles of other members, so they can promote members to leaders or admins.

Volunteers "join" a distributor. New memberships need to be approved by a distributor leader or admin.

Distributions volunteers are notified of new portioning or distribution event opportunities so they can "sign up" to help.
